Free Employment Tribunal support

Free claimant support for workplace disputes, tribunal preparation and representation where the matter is accepted.

All SPU Law Employment Tribunal support is free where the matter is accepted. Acceptance depends on urgency, merits, evidence, conflicts and scope.

Deadline warning: Deadlines can be short. Submitting a case check does not pause, extend or protect any tribunal, appeal, ACAS or benefit deadline. If a deadline is urgent, take steps to protect your position while SPU Law considers whether it can help.

How employment support works

1. Deadline and ACAS check

We look at limitation risk, dismissal dates, last acts, ACAS dates and any tribunal orders.

2. Issue mapping

We help separate legal issues, facts, evidence and remedies so the matter can be presented clearly.

3. Document preparation

Support may include grievances, appeal letters, ET1/ET3 review, chronologies and evidence organisation.

4. Tribunal preparation

Where the matter is accepted, support may include case management preparation, witness statement planning, bundle review, hearing support and claimant representation.
